Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

UnboundMark is a SaaS workspace for notes, documents, boards, calendars, attachments, recordings, data sources, and AI-assisted writing. This policy explains what data is needed to run the service and how feature-specific data is handled.

Information We Collect

UnboundMark collects the minimum information required to provide the service:

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide UnboundMark features, maintain your account, enforce plan limits, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

UnboundMark does not sell your data, use your documents for advertising, or use your documents to train AI models.

Documents and Attachments

Your documents and attachments remain part of your private UnboundMark workspace. Imported images are converted to JPEG by default at 90% quality. You can adjust that quality setting to reduce storage usage or preserve more visual detail.

Browser Permissions

UnboundMark asks for browser permissions only when a feature needs them:

AI Features

When you use AI chat or AI-assisted writing, the prompt and relevant document context may be sent to the AI provider or UnboundMark-provided AI option used for that request. Third-party provider handling is governed by that provider’s own privacy terms.

UnboundMark does not use your AI prompts or document content to train AI models.

External Services You Configure

Some features connect to URLs or services you choose, such as AI providers, calendar feeds, weather, and data source URLs. Data sent to those external services is used to complete the feature you enabled or configured.

Cookies and Tracking

UnboundMark does not use third-party cookies for advertising. Cookies or local browser storage may be used for login, security, preferences, and session continuity.

Sharing

We do not share your workspace content with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics services. We may share limited information with service providers only when needed to operate UnboundMark, process payments, secure accounts, or comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can edit or delete workspace content, disable optional features, revoke browser permissions, and remove configured external service credentials or URLs. If you need account-level data access or deletion, contact UnboundMark support.

Changes

We may update this policy as UnboundMark changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
