Storage quota: If quota is exceeded by adding too much data or downgrading, you must free space before editing or uploading any file.
Once your storage quota is reached, you will be unable to add or update documents and attachments. To regain access, upgrade your plan or free up space by deleting content. Data export is always available regardless of your storage status.
You have 90 days to export your data after your plan expires. After this period, your data may be deleted. We do not retain data indefinitely, as we believe this is the best approach for your privacy. If you need additional time, contact us and we will be glad to extend the retention period. Alternatively, you can export your data and re-import it at any time without losing anything.
Not by us, and not by any AI provider we integrate with. If you use the Bring Your Own Key option, you should review the data policies of your chosen provider directly.
Yes. Once you delete a document from the Trash, it is permanently removed and cannot be recovered by our team.
In exceptional circumstances, such as during a support request that requires access to your data, we may be able to view your files. This is only done with your explicit written approval on a case-by-case basis. No support request involving your data will begin until you provide this approval from the email address associated with your account.
Very little. We store your email for login purposes and the information provided by Stripe to manage your subscription. We do not use any tracking. If you use Google or GitHub for login, those services operate under their own policies — we do not interact with them beyond facilitating the login process.
